Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For health and legal reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food items. However, we want you to be happy with your purchases. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with one of our products, please e-mail us with the following information:
• Your name and address
• The item(s) you purchased
• The reason for your concern

We will contact you with information about any steps we are able to take to fix the situation. Please note that for any return of non-food merchandise, we will only pay return shipping charges if we have made an error or the product has arrived damaged.

Exchanges

If you request an exchange, your replacement product will be shipped to you once your returned item is received.
If you request an item of lesser value you will be refunded the difference. If you request an item of greater value you will be asked to pay the difference.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request an exchange, the new product will be shipped to you at our expense.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
